水泥撒布車有哪幾種取力方式?

水泥撒布車是一種路面專用施工機械,主要運用在瀝青路面建設與養護中的透層工藝、粘層工藝、防水層工藝中。是一種噴灑瀝青介質的專用車輛,如今已被廣泛的運用到公路養護中。

那么一般的(智能水泥撒布車)有三種取力方式,一種是側取力,就是通過取力器取底盤上變速箱的力。這是比較常見一種取力方式,一種是全功率取力器,全功率取力器雖然也是取底盤發動機的力,但是是直接跳過變速箱直接取主底盤發動機的力,通過變速箱一般能取到主底盤發動機百分之40左右的動力,而用全功率取力能取到主底盤發動機百分之70的動力。所以比起側取力,全功率式動力更加強勁。還有一種就是副發動機。就是在底盤側方在安裝一個小發動機,雙發動機工作模式,上裝的工作動力直接脫離底盤獨自運作,這樣的好處就是在不啟動底盤的情況下可以噴灑瀝青,這就是完全可以實現車輛0起步噴灑,而且車輛在行駛過程中,換擋上坡都不會影響瀝青的噴灑量。等于說車輛行駛動力來源于底盤發動機,而車輛上裝工作動力就來源于另外一個副發動機。

It means that the driving power of the vehicle comes from the chassis engine, while the working power of the vehicle comes from another auxiliary engine.
