水泥混凝土路面全厚式移動破碎就地冷再生工藝技術的比較優勢

該項新工藝技術將剛性的水泥路面就地直接改造成了半剛性的水穩基層,避免了傳統的水泥路面碎石化后加鋪新水穩基層或者ATB柔性基層等技術方案帶來的一系列弊端。具有如下顯著的比較優勢:

This new process technology directly transforms the rigid cement pavement into a semi-rigid water stable base layer on site, avoiding a series of drawbacks caused by traditional cement pavement fragmentation and the addition of new water stable base layer or ATB flexible base layer. Has the following significant comparative advantages:

(1)低碳環保節更能:與傳統的場破場拌再生只利用舊路面的粗集料不同,該技術舊水泥路面材料100%完全利用,而且再生后直接作為瀝青路面最重要的承重結構層——基層,而不是傳統的用作底基層,即無需在加鋪新的水穩類機構層,而是可以直接加鋪瀝青面層,完全符合國家綠色、低碳新發展理念,也符合交通運輸部路面廢舊材料必須100%循環利用的要求。

(1) Low carbon environmental protection is more effective: Unlike traditional field breaking and mixing recycling that only uses coarse aggregates from old road surfaces, this technology fully utilizes 100% of old cement pavement materials and directly uses them as the most important load-bearing structural layer of asphalt pavement - the base layer, instead of the traditional bottom layer, which does not require the addition of new water stable structural layers, but can directly add asphalt surface layers, fully in line with the national green and low-carbon new development concept, and also meets the requirement of the Ministry of Transport that road waste materials must be 100% recycled.

(2)路面標高抬升小:相較于傳統的碎石化加鋪方案,該技術路面標高抬升幅度下降約2/3(跟板厚有關),大大降低了因標高抬升幅度過大而導致的路面有效寬度不足、水溝深度加大、護欄難以設置、平交道口難以接順、施工工期較長,易造成公路管養部門與沿線居民的矛盾等一系列問題。

(2) Small elevation rise of road surface: Compared with the traditional crushed stone paving scheme, this technology reduces the elevation rise of the road surface by about 2/3 (related to the thickness of the slab), greatly reducing a series of problems caused by insufficient effective width of the road surface, increased depth of ditches, difficulty in setting guardrails, difficulty in connecting level crossings, long construction period, and conflicts between highway management and maintenance departments and residents along the line due to excessive elevation rise.

(3)消除隱患更徹底:舊水泥混凝土路面板破碎徹底,而且所有過程均可視化,徹底消除了傳統碎石化“隱蔽工程”性質的弊端,徹底消除了碎石化不徹底、難以有效檢驗其效果、工后產生反射裂縫等諸多弊端、碎石化結構層本身不具有長壽命性能,為下一輪大修埋下嚴重隱患等缺陷。水泥混凝土路面再生成水穩基層后,下一輪大修時可對水穩基層再次進行再生循環利用,可大大降低路面全壽命周期的養護成本,具有顯著的社會經濟效益。

(3) Eliminating hidden dangers more thoroughly: The old cement concrete pavement slab is completely broken, and all processes can be visualized, completely eliminating the drawbacks of traditional "hidden engineering" properties of crushed stone. It completely eliminates many drawbacks such as incomplete crushed stone, difficult to effectively test its effect, reflection cracks after construction, and the fact that the crushed stone structural layer itself does not have long-life performance, which poses serious hidden dangers for the next round of major repairs. After the cement concrete pavement generates a water stable base layer, it can be recycled and reused in the next round of major repairs, which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the pavement throughout its entire life cycle and have significant social and economic benefits.

(4)施工作業影響:施工作業振動小、噪音小、揚塵少,對沿線房屋建筑、橋涵構造物、板下基層等損害幾乎沒有,對沿線學校、村鎮居民的正常生產生活影響較小。更主要的是,可完全滿足半幅施工半幅雙向間斷通行的要求。(5)節省造價有優勢:與同厚度新鋪水穩基層相比較,節省造價15%~20%(跟碎石等地材價格有關);跟碎石化加鋪ATB柔性基層技術方案相比較,大修補助標準高30元/平方米。

(4) Construction operation impact: The construction operation has minimal vibration, noise, and dust, causing almost no damage to buildings, bridge and culvert structures, and sub base layers along the line. It has a relatively small impact on the normal production and life of schools and rural residents along the line. More importantly, it can fully meet the requirements of half width construction and half width bidirectional intermittent traffic. (5) Cost saving has advantages: compared with the newly laid water stable base of the same thickness, it saves 15% to 20% of the cost (related to the price of ground materials such as gravel); Compared with the technology scheme of adding ATB flexible base layer to crushed stone, the subsidy standard for major repairs is 30 yuan/square meter higher.

(6)施工作業效率高:日臺班3000~4000平方米,相較于碎石化加鋪技術方案縮短工期約1/4~1/3。
