人工撒布需滿布滿撒全幅撒布;機械撒布為電腦智能控制,且撒布寬度可在0.5m~4m范圍內任意調節。

(2)撒布均勻程度比較。

人工撒布為人工鐵鍬撒布,撒布不均勻的情況時有發生;機械撒布為電腦精確控制,其撒布量不會因為車速快慢而改變,撒布車輸料螺旋與撥料輥均可控制轉速,輸料與計量準確性高,且撥料輥在撒布水泥落地前再進行“散打”,可保證撒布效果更均勻。

(4)撒布時間比較。

人工撒布水泥需人工提前打方格網且水泥需要人工裝卸、擺放、拆包及撒布,費時費力;機械撒布為機械化作業,整個工作過程可由駕駛司機一人操作,機械化程度高,省時省力。

人工撒布受天氣及人力影響大,易出現揚塵,污染環境;機械撒布配備有抑塵罩,且配有脈沖式除塵系統,在撒布過程中可避免揚塵,環境污染小。
