在排除電氣故障后,檢查振動馬達與振動軸的彈性聯(lián)軸器和振動軸內(nèi)潤滑油的情況。潤滑油過多會使振頻上不去,一般是因馬達組合油封損壞向軸內(nèi)漏油所致。如果冷再生租賃機振動軸花鍵套磨損嚴重,也會導致失振故障,此時應對補油壓力、系統(tǒng)工作壓力進行檢測,從而做出診斷。
After eliminating electrical faults, check the elastic coupling between the vibration motor and the vibration shaft, as well as the lubricating oil inside the vibration shaft. Excessive lubricating oil can prevent the vibration frequency from rising, usually due to damage to the motor combination oil seal and oil leakage into the shaft. If the vibration shaft spline sleeve of the cold regeneration leasing machine is severely worn, it can also lead to vibration failure. At this time, the oil replenishment pressure and system working pressure should be tested to make a diagnosis.
檢查油泵泄漏量、機械摩擦力大小、傳輸管道的泄漏和堵塞,調(diào)節(jié)閥的調(diào)定壓力和流量正確與否,查明后,應對癥排除。
Check the leakage rate of the oil pump, the magnitude of mechanical friction force, the leakage and blockage of the transmission pipeline, and whether the set pressure and flow rate of the regulating valve are correct. After investigation, eliminate the symptoms.
另外,再檢查振動壓路機液壓馬達的容積效率,機械摩擦阻力和背壓力。

如果液壓馬達因磨損或密封件密封不良而泄漏量增加,或機械摩擦阻力過大,則多是液壓馬達轉(zhuǎn)速低、轉(zhuǎn)矩小的原因所在,應進而查明并對癥排除。

由于冷再生租賃機機器的前后振動系統(tǒng)既獨立又相互聯(lián)系(共用補油泵),所以可應用“元件置換法”進行診斷。比如,有一輪振頻低時,可將前、后兩馬達的管路互換,若故障已轉(zhuǎn)移,則表明故障是在泵上,否則是馬達有故障。同樣,對用于變頻操作的排量控制閥也可采用同樣的“互換法”作診斷。

振動壓路機主油路的啟振初始壓力可達32MPa,其連續(xù)工作壓力大振輻時可達20MPa,小振幅時約為12MPa。當發(fā)動機在額定轉(zhuǎn)速下其連續(xù)工作壓力大大高于標準值時,則應檢查振動軸的轉(zhuǎn)動靈活性,即用專用工具旋轉(zhuǎn)振動軸,使偏心塊處在高位后再釋放,此時振動軸應能擺動幾次,若感覺阻力大,則應更換振動軸軸承。
